Quinta MORAZES, once a wine estate, is located in Rabo de Peixe, a fishing village located on the north coast of the island of S. Miguel and it has been in the same family for over 200 years.

The main house, with its two floors, was built in the 19th century where the ground floor was the cellar and on the top floor was the residence where the family spent the summer months. Years later, a stone annex was added to it, which remains.

In 2003, after many years of abandonment, the two houses were rehabilitated and the old cellar was transformed into a 2 bedroom apartment, intended to receive guests. The annex was initially a 1 bedroom apartment, but is now an art studio. Finally, on the upper floor is also a large 1 bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, complete bathroom and access to several terraces with panoramic views of the sea and north coast.
